Thank you for choosing our services! Below is our payment policy:

1. All orders are non-refundable: Once a payment is made for our services, it is non-refundable. We commit to delivering the product or service as agreed upon and strive to meet your expectations. In the event a space has been resold you will receive a refund by the latast of 30 days after the event.

2. Transferability: Although orders are non-refundable, they are transferable. If you are unable to use the product or service, you may sell or transfer the order to another individual or entity. Please notify us in writing about the transfer to ensure a smooth process.

3. Transfer Process: To initiate the transfer, kindly provide us with the details of the buyer or transferee, including their name, contact information, and any other necessary details. Both parties involved in the transfer must acknowledge and agree to the terms of the original order.

4. Limitations: The transfer of orders may be subject to certain limitations based on the nature of the product or service. Please contact our support team for further information regarding any restrictions.

5. Communication: We encourage clear and timely communication throughout the transfer process to ensure that all parties are aware of the agreement and its terms.

6. Non-refundable Transfers: Once the transfer process is complete, the new owner of the order acknowledges that the sale is final, and the order remains non-refundable.

7. Should KS Training have to cancel any booked dates, a refund or credit will be avaialble to you. 

8. In the event that a trainer cannot provide the training booked, alternative training will be offered. If an alternative trainer cannot be provided a credit or refund will be offered.

9. Changes to the Payment Policy: Our payment policy may be subject to updates or revisions over time. We will notify you of any changes and ensure that the latest version is available on our website or through customer support.
